A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.

don't realize that by our action that we're actually projecting this attitude! Here's what Jesus Christ had to say about those who love their lives here in this world:
He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto until life eeternal. The question is, "Is Christ speaking of the loss of our soul, our eternal life, or what?" A Personal Experience With DeathI'm personally not afraid to die. Truth is, I did it once before, in 1971. I was electrocuted by approximately 160,000 to 180,000 volts. So about this time you're wondering, "So how could you die and now live?"I had been sitting on a lab chair at my workbench. When my muscles reacted--which I understand is often the case when someone dies in this manner, I was propelled backward onto a concrete floor. I was told that the fall to the concrete is what jolted my heart back into operation. When I regained consciousness, I was was breathing hard and fast, trying to re-oxygenate my blood. After a few minutes, I felt better and I was able to appraise my situation, but I was still unable to get up. Laying there on the hard, cold floor, I took note that I was 15 to 20 feet away from where I had been seated. Om was roaring full tilt inside of me, physically and mentally. It took me at least 20 minutes to gain enough strength to finally get up off the floor. In RetrospectNext year it will 40 years since that fateful, frightening day. First, it's hard for me to believe that it's been that long since it took place. The recollection of the events that took place are so vivid in my mind. It's as if it were only yesterday. Sitting here writing this blog post, I could only shake my head in disbelief.
The truth is, there are hundreds of thousands of people who have died and come back to tell about it. This type of event is commonly referred to as a Near Death Experience (NDE). I'm sure you've heard many stories about the light, the tunnel, etc. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the issue of death, especially if you've also experienced a NDE.
