|Through it I can cut through the clutter of life to cut to the chase.
The DB process came about because of a collaboration with my brother, RMR. He and I decided we wanted to know more about cosmic consciousness, which the advertisements spoke of in relation to an out of body (OBE/Out of Body Experience) process that I dubbed "Disembodiment," hense DB. Well, instead of learning the OBE thing from that, I learned how to visualize and process reality w/o words. It's immensely valuable, lightning fast, and it renders an outcome far superior to that which is possible by "talking to one's self via human words."
That's not to say I did not eventually learn the art of OBE....
“[Aum is] The basis of all sounds; universal symbol-word for God. Aum of the Vedas became the sacred word Hum of the Tibetans; Amin of the Muslims; and Amen of the Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Jews, and Christians. Amen in Hebrew means sure, faithful. Aum is the all-pervading sound emanating from the Holy Ghost (Invisible Cosmic Vibration; God in His aspect of Creator); the “Word” of the Bible; the voice of creation, testifying to the Divine Presence in every atom. Aum may be heard through practice of Self-Realization Fellowship methods of meditation. ‘These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God.’ --Revelation 3:14. ‘In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God….. All things were made by him [the Word or Aum]; and without him was not any thing made that was made.’ --John 1:1, 3”

In my next blog post, I’ll go into the art of blanking your mind as well as why it’s important to perceive and commune with OM on a daily basis. For now, look for it, that small buzzing sound, and practice blanking your mind, clearing it of all human words. Also, here’s a video that goes into the art of understanding one's true nature. For those who are concerned about where this is going, please understand that Paramahansa became a Christian. He was able to join the benefits of his native metaphysical understandings with that of Christianity. The combination is astounding when practiced as a single point of understanding.
